    We ship out within 1-5 working days (90% of the time, the product is shipped out immediately the next 1 working day) to Qxpress (Logistic arm of Qoo10) and Qxpress will take 1 more day to courier to your address.
    We are unable to predict the exact date and time, as Qxpress do not attend to timing requests. As they have a large network, they will attempt delivery everyday till they manage to reach the person.

    As we are dealing with perishables, we replenish our products from the local manufacturers twice a week.
    Hence, all the products are of the latest expiry dates.
    I am unable to provide you the expiry date currently, as by the time you ordered, it would be another batch from the manufacturer with another expiry date.

    Also, this regular replenishment means we do not keep a high volume of stock, and may have to send out orders only 1-2 working days once we received the orders.

    It is our sincerest apologies for your bad encounter. Due to the nature of our perishable goods, we do not keep much stocks in our warehouse, but we replenish every twice a week to ensure our goods are the latest batch with latest expiry date from our supplier.

    As mentioned in our disclaimer, 'to avoid any order delay by manufacturers, please order 2 weeks in advance'. it is our practise to ship out all our customers' order as soon as possible, but because of supplier's delay, we are very sorry for failing to do so.

    Once our latest batch of fresh stocks arrive, we will send them out to you as soon as possible.

    However when i submit each order of 1 carton,the delivery fee is charged. How do the free delivery works if i need to submit separate orders. Say i submit 5 orders of 1 carton each.total for 5 orders exceed $300. Do u refund me the 5 x delivery fee incurred? In cash or as qoo10 credit?

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    The waiving of delivery fees is set when you finish shopping, go to cart, and just BEFORE you paid for it.
    This "delivey fee" seems to appear when you are selecting, and only get waived at later before checkout (only if condiitons are met)

    Do note that the items you chose to be over $210 of total value, must all have the same qxpress free on condition, if one of the item is Qxress free on another higher value, for example, free above $400, then the Qxpress fees will stick to the HIGHER waiving requirement. We apologies for this as we are selling our products very competitive and there is not enough margin to cover delivery costs.
