Purchased this set of Couple Watches as gifts for relatives.(The small black pillows holding the watches are my own). Thank you WatchSpree for taking responsibility to rectify the problem with the metal straps adjustments. The wrists measurements were indicated in the shipping memo column. However, the box in the qoo10 system is too small to show the full details unless you scroll down. It was inevitable that Vendor missed seeing my shipping memo to them, thus did not adjust the straps as indicated. Yet they sent their staff HuiYing to rush another set to exchange for me even though it was a technical glitch caused by qoo10's system limitation. For better customer service efficiency in the future, hope qoo10 will do something about the limited space in their small 'Shipping Memo Box', so busy vendors won't miss seeing their customers' important details and/or instructions. It will certainly improve vendors' service efficiency and reduce/minimise unhappy customer experiences.(Pls see attached qoo10-Shipping-Memo-Box-1 & 2).
